Welcome to the Northwestern University site for ordering DIRECTV services for institutional locations. This site is only for INSTITUTIONAL clients only and not RESIDENTIAL subscribers. Residential service is not yet available.
Northwestern University institutional clients are offered discounted service as part of University Baseline Service. This service is available in either High Definition or Standard definition. Here are the channels that are included in the University Baseline Service:
Billing for University Baseline Service is done quarterly, and can be paid by personal or institutional credit/debit card or by check.
If you would like services other than the University Baseline Baseline Service package, or if it is determined by site visit that the venue for which you want service is not eligible for Baseline service; you may find the other programming listings and pricing on DIRECTV’s website.
Once you have signed up for Institutional Service, you will be contacted with the details on equipment delivery and/or installation. Hours 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST Monday - Friday.
